After misspending most of his youth as the lead singer in a rock band in his native England, Howard finally settled down in the United States and got his B.M. in Music Composition/Technology at the University of Montana in Missoula where he also earned an M.F.A. in Media Arts and a Master of Music. He is a well-known actor and singer, appearing on the stages of the University of Montana and Missoula Community Theater among others.
