Most people visiting Montana - and who chose to participate in a recent survey - seem to have overwhelmingly positive comments about their experience here. This is according to a new analysis of non-resident visitor comments recently released by the Institute for Tourism and Recreation Research at the University of Montana.
The Institute conducts travel and some recreation research for the entire state. Many of its projects are funded through a portion of bed tax revenues.
Institute director, Norma Nickerson, says this particular survey reveals a wealth of information about people who visit our state.
