Helena man pleads guilty to possessing homemade bombs

A Helena man pleaded guilty this week to possessing homemade bombs and an unregistered firearm silencer.

Logan Pallister was arrested in May 2022 after allegedly making threats to attack a Helena Public Schools building. Officers found firearms, ammunition and four suspected homemade bombs during the arrest.

A sentencing hearing is set for May in federal court in Great Falls. Pallister is facing up to 10 years in prison.
