Rep. Zinke Endorses Donald Trump For President

Rep. Ryan Zinke.

On the eve of presidential candidate Donald Trump’s visit to Billings tomorrow, Republican Representative Ryan Zinke became the twelfth congressman to endorse the presumptive GOP nominee.

Zinke said he’s eager to help Trump in any way he can, adding he’d be honored to serve as the businessman’s vice presidential pick or as secretary of defense.

The endorsement was met with criticism from his Democratic opponent, Denise Juneau, who is Montana’s superintendent of public instruction.

Juneau questioned Zinke’s dedication to work for Montanans in the U.S. House, calling the state’s sole representative a "Washington insider" more focused on boosting his image than representing his home state.

Zinke will be introducing Trump at his campaign stop at MetraPark Arena in Billings tomorrow.
