National Weather Service Missoula
Very active weather is expected through Wednesday.

Very active weather is expected through Wednesday. Light snow is expected to spread into the region on Sunday and increase in intensity late Sunday in northwest Montana. The mountains of northwest Montana may see nearly continuous snow from Sunday through Wednesday with periods of moderate and heavy snow on Tuesday and Wednesday.

North-central Idaho and west-central Montana may see light snow accumulations Sunday, but there is a chance for a wintry mix, including freezing rain on Monday morning. Tuesday looks to be another snowy day in the valleys of northwest Montana. Widespread travel impacts appear likely on Wednesday with periods of moderate to heavy snow, gusty winds, low visibilities, and much colder temperatures.
