West Nile strikes more Montana horses

The Montana Department of Livestock has confirmed several new cases of West Nile virus in Montana horses over the past week. Some of the animals have died as a result.
In this feature interview with Edward O'Brien, Dr. Marty Zaluski talks more about the cases and explains what horse owners can do to try to minimize risk.

Edward O’Brien first landed at Montana Public Radio three decades ago as a news intern while attending the UM School of Journalism. He covers a wide range of stories from around the state.
