Mount Haggin Wildlife Management Area

Montana environmental officials announced on Friday they have completed clean-up on state-owned lands within the 300-square-mile Anaconda Smelter Superfund Site. Train traffic has resumed along the Clark Fork River near Paradise following a derailment last weekend.

The Mount Haggin Wildlife Management Area covers more than 50,000 acres of key habitat for deer, bighorn sheep, birds and native trout.
