Host John Floridis visits with percussionist Matt Zimbel of Manteca, the unique Pan fusion collective also described as “Jazz adjacent, heavy metal, hoe down rock band…". Matt talks about the group's history, composition process and their most recent recording "The Offspring Project." Matt also describes how the group navigates the challenging changes in recording music and marketing it in an ever changing business.
