Secretary Rice Visits China, Discussing N. Korea

Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice arrives in China, the final stop of her first Asian tour as America's top diplomat. Rice visited Japan and South Korea in the last two days; the focus of many of her discussions has been North Korea.

Six-party talks among major regional powers have been stalled since last summer, leading some to suggest it is time to refer the matter to the United Nations, with the possibility of imposing sanctions on Pyongyang.
