Sen. Biden: Bush's Iraq Plan 'Unreasonable'

Sen. Joseph Biden (D-DE), the ranking Democrat on the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, criticizes the Bush administration's proposed plan for the reconstruction of Iraq as short-sighted and "unreasonable."
