Bush Economic Plan Seen Hurting State Budgets

Some state legislators worry the White House's economic stimulus plan, which would include the elimination of the taxes on corporate dividends, will hurt already ailing state budgets. NPR's Bob Edwards talks to California Gov. Gray Davis and Colorado Gov. Bill Owens.
