Studies Address Merits of Smallpox Plan

The New England Journal of Medicine has released several studies that shed light on President Bush's plans to offer smallpox vaccine to all Americans. The studies highlight the danger of vaccinating even limited groups of people. NPR's Richard Harris reports.
