New Design Proposals Unveiled for WTC Site

The Lower Manhattan Development Corporation announces nine proposals to rebuild at the site of the World Trade Center. This group of design finalists is intended to be more interesting than some proposals publicized last summer. NPR's Michele Norris talks with Andrea Bernstein of member station WNYC.
