A new report produced by the Annie E. Casey Foundation concludes Americans should do more to promote early childhood education.
The Kids Count policy report titled, "The First Eight Years: Giving Kids a Foundation",  points out a child's early years are critically important.

In this interview with Edward O'Brien, Montana Kids Count director, Thale Dillon, says the information a child absorbs during his or her first 8 years of life could have lifelong implications.
