Businesses and organizations have to be innovative and creative to survive - but that maxim is easier said than done. Part of Andy Stefanovich's  job is to help companies and organizations achieve that.

Stefanovich is a creative consultant who has worked with many large, well-known clients like GE, Disney and the U.S. Olympic committee, and written several books about innovation. He was in Missoula this week to address the annual conference of the Montana Non-Profit Association.
In this feature interview, Stefanovich talks with News Director Sally Mauk about his philosophy that people should quote, "look at more stuff, and think about it harder".
