Shalon Hastings, owner of The Hub and Taco del Sol in Helena, MT, learned her work ethic helping her grandparents on their ranch in central Montana. Hastings was selected by the United States Small Business Administration as Montana's 2015 Small Business Person of the Year for a business employing 11-50 people.
