The Clark Fork River at Missoula now sits at just over 13 feet. And National Weather Service Hydrologist Ray Nickless says it’s not going to sit still.

The Idaho Fish and Game Commission approved today a limited hunting season for grizzly bears in eastern Idaho just a year after the animals were removed from the Endangered Species List.
