Montana voters who will soon receive absentee ballots will find more citizen initiatives than in any election since 2010.

A Montana Supreme Court candidate told a colleague at the University of Montana in a recently-released email that she believes the court will be dealing with a lot of freedom-of-religion cases, and she wants to be a part of making those decisions.
