On this edition of Montana Morning Newscast, Montana’s high school graduation rate is up, it’s dropout rate is down and according to the state superintendent of schools, lawmakers should reject bills that would siphon money away from public schools according to the state school's superintendent.

Two people were arrested after a 38 year old Libby man was shot to death over the weekend and wildlife advocates say an endangered, dinosaur-like fish is at risk of being eliminated from key habitat in two rivers in Montana and North Dakota.
