Gallop, Float, Fly & Dance With Classical Critters & Fred Child

Fred Child, host of Performance Today, will join us live to let the horse out of the barn and gallop through the woods as we learn how chipmunks got their white stripes from a bear, how a fly avoids being lunch by out-smarting a frog, and more.

Join us for a 60-minute classical music romp for the entire family about and inspired by animals with Performance Today’s Classical Critters. Host Fred Child and kids share stories sparking creativity as we listen to music together. You'll want to have some paper and crayons or markers on hand and some space to move!

Gallop, float, fly and dance with music composed by Camille Saint-Saens, Georges Bizet, George Gershwin, Ralph Vaughan Williams, Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov, Mark O'Connor and others on The Children’s Corner, June 5 at 8 a.m.

We will also learn if Fred Child has ever not correctly guessed a Piano Puzzler.
