Much of Montana is under winter weather advisories Friday and Saturday, and that means a lot of snow.

This weekend is the last chance many people will have to drive in Yellowstone National Park before roads close for the winter.

The west, south, and east entrances to the park will close to vehicle travel on Monday, November 6 so officials can prepare them for the winter season.

BILLINGS, Mont. (AP) — Montana officials want to triple the number of gray wolves hunters and trappers can kill in an area bordering Yellowstone National Park, citing complaints the predators are eating too many elk wanted by hunters and outfitters.
