Two Temp Jobs for the Spring Premium Crew

• Creatively describe a gift of llama manure?
• Learn new software and data entry procedures with ease?
• Take a good photo of hand knitted socks?
• Write clearly and proofread well?
• Be happy in a busy, collaborative workplace?

Premium Crew Leader - 1 position, starts Feb. 24, 2014.
Part-time to full-time, 10-12 weeks, roughly 300 hours at $15 per  hour.

Supervises the crew and the whole process of entering premium information in the MTPR fundraising system. Requisite skills, knowledge and abilities: 

• Deep knowledge of MTPR program schedule and fundraising style
• Strong problem solving and supervisory skills
• Ability to engage in constant constructive improvement process with the team of staff and volunteers
• Treat our donors like gold – in person, by phone, and email
• Data systems and tech savvy
• Good at making complex systems clear and easy to follow
• Proofreading and process proofing
• Enjoyment of busy workplace

Premium Crew Member - 1 position, starts March 10, 2014.
Part-time to full-time, 5 weeks, roughly 150 hours at $11 per hour.

Enters premium information in the MTPR fundraising system. Requisite skills, knowledge and abilities: 

• Deep knowledge of MTPR program schedule and fundraising style
• Ability to engage in constant constructive improvement process with the team of staff and volunteers
• Treat our donors like gold – in person, by phone, and email
• Learn and adapt to new software and systems quickly
• Proofreading, process proofing
• Enjoyment of busy workplace
