'Pea Green Boat' Celebrates International Peace Day

Today is International Peace Day, and "Pea Green Boat" is celebrating. A librarian from Missoula Public Library will visit to talk and share books about peace.

"Pea Green Boat" Host Sam Manno says he's most at peace when he's out walking with his goats.

"I feel at peace with the goats because I'm part of a group whose survival depends on a herd, not the individual. We're trying to get through the day together. The survival of the individual depends on the group."

There are lots of different kinds of peace. Do you have a place where you feel at peace? An activity? What does peace mean to you? Leave us comment to tell us what you think.

Sam Manno, that’s me! The host and producer of the Children's Corner.
