Gail Gutsche, the Democratic candidate for PSC District 4

Montana’s Public Service Commissioners have a lot of power. They regulate monopoly utility companies, meaning they have influence over people’s energy bills. There are two contested seats on the five-member Public Service Commission this year. In this interview, we hear from Democrat Gail Gutsche.

You can listen to an interview with Republican incumbent Bob Lake, Gutsche's opponent in the PSC race.

They’re running for the District 4 seat representing Northwest Montana in Lincoln, Sanders, Mineral, Missoula, Powell, Granite and Ravalli counties.
