I always get a bit nervous as goats behave as goats. But I always say a well behaved goat is a sick goat.

The Igbo people of Nigeria tell their children, if lost in the wilderness follow a goat, she always knows her way home.

When walking with my goats I am always home.

Goats love to walk, explore and play. My herd knows when we drop down into the Ryan Creek drainage and head south we are heading back to fenced pasture and the barn; it is time for me to follow instead of lead.
