Asking You To Weigh In On Program Changes

We’d also like to ask for help with a short survey about some programming changes coming up next month.

Take the Survey

NPR will be making changes to the structure of Morning Edition and All Things Considered, including more options for integrating Montana news into those programs. MTPR is going to be taking advantage of these new opportunities. There will be more Montana news stories in the morning. MTPR is also going to change the format for the local evening news.

Starting November 17th, we’ll no longer group all our Montana news into a separate half-hour Montana Evening Edition program, but rather, we’ll include our Montana stories and headlines during the two hours of All Things Considered from 5:00 to 7:00pm.  Continuing with the evening schedule, at 7:00pm Monday-Friday, we’ll devote an hour to storytelling, documentary and interview programs. Music programs will flow from 8:00pm onward.

Take the Survey

We are still making decisions and working with our staff to finalize the new schedule. We’d also really appreciate your help in answering a few short survey questions. Thanks for weighing in.
