Montana’s health department keeps a cache of rapid antigen tests on hand to distribute to nonprofits, health care providers and government entities. But for private businesses and residents, finding and affording rapid tests can be difficult.

MTPR's Shaylee Ragar spoke with Montana Free Press reporter Mara Silvers and Kaiser Health News's Katheryn Houghton about their reporting into the state's free rapid test program.

Shaylee covers state government and politics for Montana Public Radio. Please share tips, questions and concerns at 406-539-1677 or shaylee.ragar@mso.umt.edu.
