Montana Wildfire Update For August 07, 2021

The Meagher County Sheriff's office Saturday afternoon issued a pre-evacuation notice for all residents on Ramspeck Lane and Birky Road, due to the Woods Creek Fire.

Residents on Ramspeck Lane and Birky Road should prepare to evacuate if conditions worsen.

Sheriff's deputies are attempting to contact people in the the affected area.

Evacuation orders issued Thursday remain in effect from Gipsy Creek to Big Birch Creek. A road closure is in effect at mile marker 7 at Birch Creek Road.
