Week 2, Sept. 12: Connecting to Our Grief Through Music Week 3, Sept. 19: Implementing Mindfulness Week 4, Sept. 26: Heart-to-Heart Registration is encouraged and drop-ins welcome. $5 in advance or $10 day of per workshop.
