New timing for Montana Evening Edition

Jun 3, 2014

MTPR's news department is in trusted hands, with Edward O'Brien serving as Interim News Director. The station is working to hire both a new News Director and Capitol Bureau Chief.  To cope with the slim staffing, there will be a few temporary changes to Montana Evening Edition

"There will not be a nightly in-depth feature interview," says O'Brien, "it just isn't possible to produce that lengthy feature without more staff." The evening news will be slightly shorter, and National Native News will air at the end of Montana Evening Edition

This is Edward O'Brien from the MTPR newsroom. I've worked for Sally for some 20-years.
