Disney Chooses Iger to Follow Eisner as CEO

The Disney board of directors picks company president Robert Iger to succeed Michael Eisner as chief executive. Iger is slated to take over at the end of September. Eisner will leave the board next year when his term expires. But some shareholders are worried that Iger is too closely tied to Eisner.
