Iraq Attacks Hamper Reconstruction Efforts

Unidentified gunmen open fire at a checkpoint in western Iraq, killing a U.S. soldier. The incident, along with daily skirmishes between U.S. forces and Iraqis, threatens efforts to build an infrastructure and increase security in Iraq.
