A debate between Montana’s U.S. Senate candidates scheduled for this Saturday has been postponed.

The Montana Television Network and Yellowstone Public Radio announced the cancellation of the debate planned in Great Falls Thrusday afternoon.

The Trump administration and family are paying attention to Gallatin County, Montana, as they rally support for conservative candidates in this year’s midterm election. Gallatin is a fast growing swing county unique to Montana, and rare in the country.

Donald Trump Jr. packed an exhibit hall with Trump-agenda supporters in Bozeman last night to rally conservative support in Montana’s U.S. Senate Race.

“You have to realize that Donald Trump is on the ticket in six weeks," Trump Jr. said.  "I want to keep winning for another six years.”

State Auditor Drops Fines Against Top Campaign Donor

Family members and employees of a Billings-based bail bond company facing fines and sanctions by the Montana Commissioner of Securities and Insurance gave nearly $13,000 to Republican State Auditor Matt Rosendale’s political campaigns in 2016.

One day after a 2017 face-to-face meeting with company representatives, Rosendale dropped the fines and dismissed two of the three allegations against Friedel LLC. The company paid no penalty under the terms of the agreement.
