The 2016 St. Timothy's Summer Music Festival opens June 26.

Connie Fitzpatrick from the St. Timothy's Summer Music Festival talks with MTPR's Michael Marsolek about the festival's upcoming season. Each year the festival features a variety of classical, jazz, vocal, and instrumental performers, in a breathtaking setting.

The 2016 season opens June 26 with the well-known Montana musician Phil Aaberg. On July 17 the Montana Chamber Society with Muir Members & Guests plays a night of classical chamber music. July 24 features jazz singer Jeni Fleming. Four young musicians from across Montana follow on August 7, and the String Orchestra of the Rockies will wrap up the season on August 21.

Experience musical excellence in an intimate, acoustically-divine venue at 7000? with breathtaking views of the Anaconda Pintlers and Georgetown Lake. All concerts are held on Sundays at 4:00 p.m. Bring a picnic and enjoy the grounds and territorial view before or after the concerts.
