Hi! I’m Dr. Jamison Starbuck, a naturopathic family physician. I’m here today with health tips called: Swimming Smarts. I’m going to talk about three things related to swimming but not exactly about swimming.

Isn’t swimming season such a fun time? Hot weather, cool water. Jumping in and out of the river, floating on a raft or just swimming laps in a pool.

You might sleep better when you have a dog or cat in bed with you, but you'll want to do a few things to make sure it’s healthy for you.

Indigestion is the belly ache you get when the food you ate feels like a great big lump in your stomach. Your food isn’t breaking down, it’s not dissolving into a liquid the way it should. It’s just stuck there, feeling bad.
